Applesauce Cinnamon Bread

Recipe Ingredients

• 0.33 c Applesauce
• 0.75 c Buttermilk
• 2.50 c Bread flour
• 1.00 tb Cinnamon
• 1.00 ts Salt
• 2.00 tb Brown sugar
• 1.00 tb Butter
• 1.50 ts Yeast

Recipe Directions

• Place all ingredients in pan in order listed (Hitachi machine).


• Adjust as needed for your machine.
