Recipe Ingredients
- 2.00 lb Lean beef round or pork
- 2.00 tb Oil
- 3.00 Medium potatoes, diced
- 0.50 c Onion, sliced
- 1.00 Large garlic clove, minced
- 2.00 ts Salt
- 6.00 Green chilies
Recipe Directions
- Cube meat, sprinkle with salt and fry until brown in oil.
- Add potatoes to browned meat together with onion, garlic, salt, chili and enough water to cover.
- Continue to add water if necessary.
- It will have a soupy consistency.
