- 2.00 tb Lo-cal Italian salad dressin
- 1.00 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.00 tb Fine dry bread crumbs
- Small Tomato, sliced
Recipe Directions
- 2 4-5 oz fresh or frozen Halibut or other fish steaks, cut 3/4"" thick Thaw fish, if frozen.
- Spray the unheated rack of a broiler pan with Pam.
- Arrange fish on rack.
- Brush the tops of each fish steak with 1/4 of the Italian salad dressing.
- Broil fish 4" from the heat for 6-8 minutes or till fish flakes easily.
- Meanwhile, stir together bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange tomato slices over fish and brush with remaining salad dressing.
- Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture.
- Broil about 1 min more or till tomato is heated.
