Recipe Ingredients
- 1.50 c Cooked brown rice
- 1.50 c Rolled cooked oat/groat
- 2.00 Beaten egg white or
- substitute
- 3.00 c Park skim grated mozarrella
- cheese
- 1.50 c No salt tomato sauce
- 2.00 Clove chopped garlic
- 0.50 ts Basil
- 0.50 ts Oregano
- Fresh cooked shrimp
- for topping
Recipe Directions
- : Mix together rice, oats and egg whites or substitute.
- : Add 1 c mozzarella cheese.
- Press into bottom of a 12- : inch pizza pan which has been coated with a vegetable : spray.
- BAke at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
- For add oat : bran intake, sprinkle mixture with 1/2 c oat bran.
- For : pizza sauce combine tomato sauce, garlic, basil and : oregano.
- Spread pizza with pizza sauce.
- Top with remaining : mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- Add shrimp or other : toppings of your choice.
- Cut into wedges or squares.
- Can : be served as a main course.
