Recipe Ingredients
- 5.00 T Bisquick
- 0.25 t Salt
- 2.00 ea Eggs, beaten
- 2.00 c Zucchini, grated
- 0.50 c Parmesan cheese
- 0.12 t Pepper
- 2.00 T Butter
Recipe Directions
- Blend the bisquick, parmesan, salt, pepper.
- Add eggs.
- Mix zucchini into batter.
- Grease hot pan or griddle with butter.
- Pour batter into pan and fry 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve warm, a delicious way of serving zucchini.
- Make 8 to 10 fritters.
