Recipe Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Dark corn Syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of evaporated milk
- 1 cup of pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe Directions
- Have ready a 9 inch unbaked pastry crust.
- Turn on oven at 375 (high-moderate)
- Mix in a 1 1/2 quat bowl the sugar, flour and salt
- Stir in 1 cup Dark corn Syrup
- Beat in 2 eggs,one at a time
- Mix in 1/2 cup of evaporated milk,1 cup pecans and 1 teasp. vanilla
- Pour into crust
- Bake 50 minutes (or until firm)
- Cool before serving & enjoy!
